We went looking for a public, dated statement from every vendor whose extensions show up on the sites mySites.guru monitors. 27 vendors have published one, 26 dated statements between them, and they disagree with each other. Some were written years before Joomla 3 reached end of life, some years after.
The statements also fail to predict behaviour. A vendor that said it was finished kept shipping Joomla 3 fixes, and 28% of the vendors we track have never said anything. So there is no single date to look up. The answer is different for every extension, and it keeps moving.
